Registration for New Students

Dear Parents:

Thank you for your interest in Meezan School.

To register you child please submit a registration form to enroll your child at Meezan School. We appreciate your interest in our institution and would like to provide you with important information regarding the next steps in the admission process.

Firstly, if you would like your child to have a tour of our school and become familiar with our facilities, we would be delighted to arrange a visit. Please let us know your availability using the email, and we will schedule a convenient time for the tour.

Alternatively, if you do not require a tour, we kindly request that you provide us with proof of your child’s birth year, such as a birth certificate at our email or drop a copy at our address . This is necessary for our records. Additionally, to reserve a spot for your child, we require a one-time registration fee of $200. Due to high demand for admissions this year, it is important for us to secure spots for students intending to join us in September. The most convenient method to pay the registration fees, to use the email, or by dropping a cheque at our office.

We would like to draw your attention to the following IMPORTANT information regarding the updated school policies and procedures:

  1. The start of the new school year 2023/2024 is scheduled for Tuesday, 5th of September, 2023.
  2. The school’s operating hours will be as follows: Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 3:20 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
  3. On Fridays, students will attend Friday prayer and will be dismissed thereafter. We Kindly request parents to personally collect their children from the classroom on this day.
  4. Registration for the upcoming academic year at Meezan School remains open for current students until July 31, 2023. Parents must complete and submit a registration form, accessible on the School website, along with the requisite registration fees.
  5. The registration fee is $200 per student per year. This non-refundable fee is intended to cover the expenses associated with learning materials, textbooks, printing, and other related costs.
  6. Kindly note that the payment of registration fees must be made via E-transfer ( before July 31, 2023, to secure admission approval.
  7. For the upcoming school year, the monthly tuition fee is set at $375. An additional 10% discount will be applied to each subsequent sibling.
  8. Those in need of financial assistance can request a bursary by submitting a bursary application form, accompanied by all the necessary supporting documents. The application form can be obtained from the school website.
  9. Students will receive an acceptance email in August 2023, outlining their approved tuition fees. Parents or guardians are required to sign an agreement with the school, committing to regular payment of these fees.
  10. We are pleased to announce the reintroduction of the pizza lunch program for the upcoming school year.
  11. Parents or guardians are strongly encouraged to make every effort to attend any school meetings when requested.
